Critical silicone components are moulded, assembled, inspected and packed inside CPT's two ISO Class 8 (Class K, 100,000) cleanrooms, so product cleanliness is maintained from press to sealed pouch.

To maintain product cleanliness throughout manufacture, critical components can be moulded, assembled, printed, inspected and packaged inside the cleanroom areas.

The same facilities have enabled CPT to manufacture contamination-sensitive components for adjacent sectors, including pharmaceutical and electronic system components.
