Critical components are manufactured within CPT's ISO 8 Class K (100,000) cleanrooms, maintaining product cleanliness throughout the production process.

Every critical process, within the controlled environment.
To maintain product cleanliness throughout manufacture, critical components can be moulded, assembled, printed, inspected and packaged inside the cleanroom areas.
The same facilities have enabled CPT to manufacture contamination-sensitive components for adjacent sectors, including pharmaceutical and electronic system components.
Classification
ISO 8 Class K (100,000) cleanrooms.
Moulding
Silicone and polymer moulding within the controlled environment.
Assembly
Manual and semi-automated assembly of finished components.
Printing
In-cleanroom part marking and printing operations.
Inspection
Dimensional and visual inspection prior to release.
Packaging
Final packaging within the cleanroom for direct off-the-shelf supply.
Sub-contract sterilisation is also available. All operations are conducted under CPT's ISO 13485:2016 quality management system.
